1. Probiotics: Exposure to friendly bacteria from the mothers is how infants begin their immunity development. Certain strains of probiotics are shown to improve our immunity. Taking the right probiotics is a great way to increase your ability to fight off viruses.
2. Vitamin C & E: Vitamin C and E are both antioxidants long known for boosting immunity. Vitamin C 500-1000mg and Vitamin E 400mg per day is recommended for immune boosting.
3. Vitamin D: Vitamin D is a essential vitamin for bone building, mood regulation and immunity! While 2000iu is the daily recommended dose, you can take 5000iu daily to give your immune a boost! If you’re feeling sick, try 5000iu Vitamin D daily.
